Pure Defect

I must admit that it is very nice to be back to a proper blogging engine as compared to my own mess of code. The main reason for not sticking with my own system is that it lacked many of the advanced features of software such as Blogger or Wordpress. That and the fact that I just couldn't motivate myself to spend the necessary time to finish writing all the code for the back end, it seemed I got too used to just using phpMyAdmin to drop the entries directly into the database after a update to the code broke a lot of things. Hopefully I can be better about updating now that its far easier than it was before and I can apply proper formatting without worrying about the code taking a shit.
